Hi I’m Chrissy, a 200 hour registered yoga teacher here to share the love & beautiful teachings of yoga with you.The classes I teach are vinyasa style with yin elements and include breathwork as a key component, where we connect movement to the breath and learn how to use breathwork as a tool for our wellness.The class structure is based on gentle, nourishing practices with the purpose to develop awareness, quieten the mind & remove discomfort in the body.Everything is soft & slow with a beautiful balance between restorative & energising practices.Judgement has no place here, release all expectations. This is a safe space; somewhere to relax, slow the mind & move the body gently, always practicing the principle of ahimsa i.e. non-harming and function over form.Through breath control practices, intentional movement connected to the breath in asana, pranayama & meditation, we can uphold the true meaning of yoga as recorded in Sage Patanjalis Yoga Sutras ~ Sutra 1.1: yoga is the calming of the fluctuations of the mind (Chitta Vritti Nirodhah)

There are 6 pre-recorded beginner level classes ranging from 10 to 35 minutes.All classes have voiceovers with detailed cues and instructions for each pose.The poses are all reclined, seated or kneeling, with sequences structured for a calming practice perfect for the start and/or the end of the day.The classes are slow and gentle sequences with a focus on connecting movement to the breath.
An introduction to breathwork is featured in all classes.

live online classes

All classes are held online via Zoom.o Free first class and intro
you can book in for a free class (one per person) which incudes a 10 minute introduction
to discuss your needs followed by a free 30 minute trial class.
o Private one on one class 30-40 minutes
a basic beginner class with some breathwork at the beginning before asanas.
o Private one on one class 60 minutes
allows for more detailed breathwork & a longer asana practice.
